# In-Game Rules

Game staff can moderate any action they deem inappropriate. They require a video clip to moderate; witnesses are not considered proof.

## Rule 1: Realistic RolePlay

> Please Roleplay Carefully! All role-plays must withhold a realistic standard. Failure to do so will result in a warning for FRP (Fail RolePlay)

## Rule 2: Vehicle Death Match (VDM)

> Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) Do not hit other people with your car for no reason. Failure to do so will result in a warning.

## Rule 3: Random Death Match (RDM)

> Please do not shoot/kill anyone without a valid reason to do so. 
>
> **Do not shoot staff. That will result in an immediate kick from the server.**

## Rule 4: Banned Cars

> Server-Boosters and VIP's are able to use all exotic vehicles. 
>
> However - for Non-Boosters - these vehicles are strictly prohibited and will leave you with a warning.

## Rule 5: New Life Rule (NLR)

> Life Rule NLR means that once you die, you will then have no past memory after your death. Meaning that you may not return to that spot for at least 5 Minutes. Failure to abide by this rule will lead to moderation.

## Rule 6: Prohibited RolePlay's

> Gang, Bomb, Suicide and Drug Roleplay's are strictly not allowed. A gang is considered more than 4 people. 
>
> If you do break these rules - you will be banned from our Roblox Server as this is against [Roblox's Terms Of Service](https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use). 

## Rule 7: Realistic Driving

> Your driving must remain realistic at all times. This means you are not allowed to go off-roading or swerving in lanes for no apparent reason.

## Rule 8: Respect towards staff

> Respect towards staff. Please treat our staff with respect. They are humans too and if they make a mistake - it is not the end of the world. 
>
> You can come to our tickets section to report a staff member if you are unhappy with the service they have provided for you.

## Rule 9: Cuffs

> You must motion cuffs (`-cuffs-`) in all RPs when initially cuffing someone. Cuff rushing is not allowed; a type of takedown RP must be used.

## Rule 10: Placeable Items

> Cones, barricades and all other placeable items must not be excessive, pointless, trap people or block off places entirely. There also must be a detour if cones and barricades are used in RP.
>
> If you are caught abusing these tools, you will be moderated.

## Rule 11: Staff Impersonation

> Don't impersonate PRC, ROBLOX or MSRP staff. All in-game staff uniforms and liveries are reserved for MSRP RP staff.

## Rule 12: Avatars

> Avatars must not be excessively small or large to the point where they negatively cause hindrance to RP.
