# Discord Rules

> All members must adhere to the Discord Guidelines and Discord Terms of Service at all times. Any breach of Discord's Terms of Service will result in an immediate ban.&#x20;

> Examples of violations include but are not limited to: Gore, cruelty, phishing, doxxing, ddossing, sharing malicious links or media, engaging in scams, pedophilia, zoophilia, discussion of or participation in raids, and being under the age of 13.&#x20;

## Rule 2: English-Only Communication

> This server operates exclusively in English.
>
> Since most members may not understand other languages, we only permit communication in English.

## Rule 3: No Advertising

> Advertising in any form is strictly prohibited within the server.
>
> This prohibition extends to direct messages (DMs) to members within the server.
>
> Examples of advertising include promoting Discord servers, social media accounts, other programs, websites, or services, among others.
>
> Moderation for this could result in a kick/ban at discretion of High Ranks.

## Rule 4: Anti-Discrimination

> Anti-Discrimination or any Discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated in any way.
>
> Targeting individuals or spreading hateful comments based on their attributes or identity is strictly prohibited.
>
> The use of phrases or slurs that discriminate or can be considered offensive is not allowed.
>
> It's important to note that these rules apply universally, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexuality, culture, political affiliation, or any other characteristic.

## **Rule 5:** Content

> No inappropriate content. Swearing is permitted to a mild extent.

## **Rule 6: A**ppropriate Messaging

> No spam, shitposts, rapid posting of messages, chains of random letters, spam reacting, copypaste, or mass emojis.

## **Rule 7:** Respectful Communication

> Be nice. Do not instigate arguments, bring external drama into the server, or harass members.

## **Rule 8:** Appropriate Use of Channels

> Use channels appropriately. Do not play disruptive sounds in VCs, mitigate background noise. Do not send invite links, codes, DM me for server invite, please join my server etc.

## **Rule 9:** Pinging

> Do not pointlessly ping members (with no context or reason). Do not mention PRC, Trident, or Circle staff. Do not attempt to ping @here, @everyone, or server roles.

## **Rule 10: Alt Accounts**

> Do not attempt to join the server with alt accounts. Double Counter is active in the server to prevent  this. If you are caught attempting to bypass this detection system, you will be punished.

Please make sure to abide by these rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all members of the server. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the breach and at the discretion of the server administrators.
